Yoga Asana Series

The 1-hour class begins with Pranayama and warm-up sequences, followed by 25 minutes of Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. We conclude with a soothing Yoga Nidra session.

Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, this class is open to all.

Beginners can opt for a slower and more balanced approach during the Hatha Yoga Asana session, while advanced practitioners can embrace the regular flow of the class. Anyone is welcome to slow and flow at our Asana series.
