My own journey into the practice of slowing down began in my mid-twenties, a time when I, like many, existed solely to hustle. Raised in a culture that placed little emphasis on self-regulation, stress management, and physical movement, I found myself caught in the relentless cycle of busyness.
It wasn’t until my late twenties, when a dear friend introduced me to yoga, that I began to understand the profound impact of slowing down. Through this ancient practice of Hatha Yoga, I discovered the art of living joyfully and unstressed — a gift that I am deeply grateful for.
Today, I am not only a practitioner and teacher but also a perpetual student of this transformative practice. My purpose is to share the wisdom of slowing down with the rest of the world who, like me, are seeking solace, peace, and joy in their lives.
